How do I know if my dog is a good candidate for doggy daycare?
All new dogs will be temperament tested on his/her first day of daycare. Body language and behavior is evaluated upon interaction with temperament test dog. All other dogs are introduced in an individual, one by one manner.
Are there breed restrictions?
No. All breeds of dogs are welcome to temperament test for doggy daycare participation, provided that there is no previous aggression or bite history.
What do the dogs do in bad weather?
NDH has an indoor daycare play room that is used during inclement weather. On nice days we spend a majority of our day outdoors, aside from lunch and rest breaks.
